1. Is this a "log cabin"?
A: Yes! It is a three-story log cabin with wood on the interior walls, on the floors & ceiling. The bedrooms are carpet. Baths have tile flooring. There is very little drywall. The house is mostly log & beautiful wood.
2. How far is it to downtown Gatlinburg?
A: It will take you several minutes to wind down Pinnacle Vista to get to Highway 321. From there, it is about 8 minutes to shopping, dining & all of Downtown Gatlinburg's attractions. During peak seasons and weekends - Gatlinburg is busy and it may take longer to arrive at your destination.
3. What are the check-in & checkout times?
A: Check in: 4:00 pm (date of arrival) Check out: 11:00 am (date of departure)
4. What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellation policy is 30 days before arrival date. You will receive full deposit back less the $30.00 processing fee plus tax. Any cancellation within 30 days of arrival date will not receive their deposit back, but the deposit will be held for up to one (1) year allowing the guest to rebook the reservation within the year. They are only allowed to rebook one time. No checks of any kind will be accepted at check-in.
5. What information is required to book this property?
A: Name, address, home phone, cell phone, e-mail address, the advertising source through which you found us, the number of adults & children in the party and your credit card information.
6. How much does it cost to book "Spacious Skies"?
A: We require a deposit which equals ½ of the rent charge. The balance is due upon check-in (checks are not accepted at check-in).
7. Do you provide "starter" supplies?
A: Yes! - We provide, at no cost, a "starter" set of quality soaps, toilet tissue, paper towels & laundry detergent.
